DecisionPoint Systems Adds Two Key Sales & Services Leaders to Focus on Growth
Company recruits top tier industry veterans to expand its sales team
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DecisionPoint™ Systems, Inc. (Other OTCBB DPSI), a leading integrator of enterprise mobility and wireless solutions, announced today that Steve Stanley and Kenn Frank have joined the company’s sales leadership team. These Senior Account Executives will help generate new sales across the U.S. in all major aspects of DecisionPoint’s business.
Stanley and Frank both have deep experience and strong track records of driving customer success and business growth. They have several decades of experience in selling solutions to the industry—including support services, a major focus and differentiator for DecisionPoint.
“We are excited to continue growing our sales team. Steve and Kenn have the industry experience and leadership required to bring innovative solutions and offerings to our customers and partners. In addition to supporting retail, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and other customers, they will create new opportunities and drive growth for our company,” said Steve Smith, chief executive officer, DecisionPoint. “Both leaders have spent their entire careers working across sales and services in this space and have intimate knowledge of the industry and the partners to make an immediate impact for DecisionPoint and our customers.”
Most recently, Steve Stanley was an industry leader in selling Installation and Deployment Services at Velociti. As Business Development Manager his responsibilities included new customer and partner acquisition in addition to working closely with existing customers. Having spent nearly 30 years in the mobile computing, data capture and services space with companies like Motorola and Stratix, Stanley has a vast history in the mobile data capture industry and has developed deep strategic relationships with numerous big brand companies like Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines and Delhaize.
Kenn Frank has three decades of experience in retail operations and sales in the mobile computing and data capture industry, serving in various roles that support the needs of retail customers. Frank was most recently with iTEK Services, where he focused on offering complete solutions and project management for retail stores and distribution centers. During this time he built close relationships with companies like Zebra, Honeywell and Verifone. Frank started his career at Home Depot and also gained experience at PayPoint Payment Systems and Branch Solutions.
Both executives, who will start with the company on September 4, represent important growth disciplines for DecisionPoint. They will report directly to the CEO and will reside in Arizona—which will further strengthen DecisionPoint’s West Coast presence and support capabilities.
“DecisionPoint welcomes these two new sales executives to the team, and we are confident they will help us drive growth and excitement among our current and future customers,” added Smith. “As we continue to expand our organization, we plan to bring onboard more talented additions like Steve and Kenn to support omni-channel, customer self-service and customer-facing applications as the use of mobile applications continues to rise.”
