(OTC: DPSI and DPSIP), a leading provider and integrator of Enterprise Mobility, Wireless Applications and IoT solutions, announces its Board of Directors appointment of Stanley P. Jaworski as Chairman of the Board.  DecisionPoint Systems would like to convey its appreciation to Robert C. Schroeder for his leadership and expertise.  He has been a great asset to the Company in his time as Chairman and we are pleased to have his continued involvement as a Director of the company moving forward.

Mr. Jaworski is a senior business leader and marketing executive with a proven track record of transforming strategy into action, opportunity and results. Across his career he has consistently demonstrated the ability to build market demand, connect with customers, develop partnerships and inspire high performance teams that drive business transformation.

Most recently Mr. Jaworski served as VP, Global Marketing at the Comodo Group, a cyber security software innovator, where he developed a strategic platform and new enterprise marketing organization to focus on delivering enterprise security solutions. Prior to Comodo, he spent a combined twenty-five years in the Enterprise Mobility space with Motorola Solutions and Symbol Technologies. At Motorola Solutions, Mr. Jaworski was Vice President, Marketing for the Americas and at Symbol he spent nearly two decades taking on roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, channels and field operations. During that time he served as Vice President, Worldwide Channels and Alliances where he played a significant role in the development of the Enterprise Mobility channel. Before that he served as Symbol's Vice President, Worldwide Corporate Marketing. Additionally, Mr. Jaworski served as Chief Marketing Officer for VBrick Systems, Inc. and Vice President of Worldwide Channel Marketing for NetApp, Inc.

Stanley Jaworski has an MBA from Long Island University and a bachelor's degree in education from the State University of New York. He is also a member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society of Business Administration.

Mr. Schroeder was elected to the Board of Directors on November 18, 2013, and was appointed Chairman on November 10, 2014.  He is Vice President of Investment Banking of Taglich and specializes in advisory services and capital raising for small public and private companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Air Industries Group, a publicly traded manufacturer of aerospace parts and assemblies. He also currently serves on the board of publicly traded Intellinetics, Inc., a provider of cloud-based enterprise content management solutions.
